Sahih Al Bukhari Volume 3, Book 32, Number 230:
Narrated Abu Salama bin 'Abdur Rahman:
that he asked 'Aisha How was the prayer of Allah's Apostle in Ramadan? She replied, He did not pray more than eleven Rakat in Ramadan or in any other month. He used to pray four Rakat ---- let alone their beauty and length----and then he would pray four ----let alone their beauty and length ----and then he would pray three Rakat (Witr). She added, I asked, 'O Allah's Apostle! Do you sleep before praying the Witr?' He replied, 'O 'Aisha! My eyes sleep but my heart does not sleep.

And whoever contradicts and opposes the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) after the right path has been shown clearly to him, and follows other than the believers' way [Sahabas (RA) Way]. We shall keep him in the path he has chosen, and burn him in Hell - what an evil destination. [Quran 4:115]

Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - indeed, We will not allow to be lost the reward of any who did well in deeds. [Quran 18:30]
[Allah] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed - and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving [Quran 67:2]
And those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith - We will join with them their descendants, and We will not deprive them of anything of their deeds. Every person, for what he earned, is retained. [Quran 52:21]
Whosoever does a good deed, it is for his ownself, and whosoever does evil, it is against (his ownself). Then to your Lord you will be made to return. [45:15]
